Acoustic Guitar, May 2012

This cover shot was done by Keith Wright in Asheville, SC. He also shot the images for John Doyle's CD, and I think Keith outdid himself for Acoustic Guitar. There were so many great shots to choose from. The opening spread is below. I'm also showing the opening spread for the Using Mics Onstage and In the Studio piece. Timothy Jang, senior designer at Strings, started the layout and design for that feature, I finished it up. The piece I designed at the bottom is on Joe Henry, well-known for his music production and songwriting.
